The consumption soft drinks have been noticed to increase significantly during the last five decades. This stimulant is present in the soft drinks. Though a large amount of caffeine content can have negative effects on the health but it may offer exceptional benefits too. How? • Presence of sodium: Apart from carbonated water, sodium is another major content of soft drinks. This essential mineral is naturally found in almost every food. It makes your body able to keep more water, treats those muscle cramps and also helps to avoid those in future, maintains balance in the electrolyte level, prevents age effects on the skin, and also helps to avoid drops in blood pressure.
